Kwik Kar

I had a really great experience with Kwik Kar while dealing with some radiator issues on my car. I worked mostly with William, but everyone I interacted with was kind, approachable, and easy to talk to. We had a couple of technology-related communication hiccups (which were honestly probably my fault more than anyone else’s), but William handled everything with so much patience and kindness. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process. Communication was clear, the service was quick, and the pricing felt fair. Car repairs are never fun, but they made the experience about as painless as it could be. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for an honest, friendly shop.

The Kiwi location on 620 restored my faith in Kiwi. I live right around the corner from the one on old settlers. I’m not exaggerating when I say they’re never happy to see a customer. For the last 10 years, I’ve gone there for convenience and always been disappointed with the service. Today when I pulled up, there was nobody in line and the man in the garage was on his phone After about 45 minutes, he came to my car and ask for my insurance. I was having trouble locating it and he told me in a really rude tone. I needed to get out of line. Of course, I understand if I was taking too long to find my proof insurance that I needed to let other customers go, but it was his tone. It was super off putting like similar other times I had visited that location. The one on 620 couldn’t have been further from the experience at the old settlers’s location. I pulled in and there was five men that came out of the office ready to help. They got me in immediately. Everybody had smiles on their faces. They explained everything to me and pulled my car up when it was done and left the door open like royalty! I honestly couldn’t believe it was the same company. I asked if it was the same owner and the

Came here with my boyfriend and enjoyed the service so much came back with some other family members to have their a/c looked at and fixed. Once again William was happy to assist and was able to take care of the issue with their truck. The service is always fast and friendly here.

Great Fast Reliable Service! Went in for my vehicle inspection and also got some other services done for my 60,000 mile stone for my car. All the employees were nice and service was finished in about 30 minutes! They even test drove the car quick to make sure everything they did worked successfully! Thanks for the fantastic and expedient experience!

Fantastic business. Called them about an inspection for my car. Gentleman asked me to come to their business. Showed up. Gentleman asked to see my INS Card. Showed him the app that had my policy. He was kind enough to escort me to their waiting area. Another gentleman came in to collect my contact information and discuss different aspects of my car due to its age/mileage. Great and comfortable conversation. A 3rd gentleman came in the office to let me know my car was completed and collected payment. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Talk about service! Very policy folks that work there and quick about their service. I will be back to visit them in the future.
